Procurement & RFQ

How do I request a quotation?

Submit our online RFQ form with your product, quantity, and delivery location. You can also send it by email or WhatsApp. We reply promptly with pricing, availability, and lead times.

Do you supply against UN/NGO tenders and bidding documents?

Yes. We regularly respond to UN, donor, NGO, and government tenders and can provide the documentation, samples, and compliance information typically required for institutional procurement.

Can you handle large-scale and multi-province orders?

Yes. We have delivered 127 contracts across all 34 provinces, including large input-distribution and project-implementation programmes, with warehousing and nationwide logistics.

What documentation do you provide with deliveries?

Depending on the contract, we provide invoices, packing lists, quality/compliance documentation, delivery and distribution records, and monitoring reports suitable for donor review.

We are an international manufacturer — can you distribute our products in Afghanistan?

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all 34 provinces of Afghanistan. This includes remote, hard-to-access districts. We use our own nationwide logistics network.

How quickly can you mobilize?

We offer rapid-response capability for urgent and large-scale requirements. Exact lead times depend on the product, quantity, and destination and are confirmed in your quotation.

Is Sheen Zar a registered, compliant company?

Yes. We were established in 1991 and registered in 2007 (License D-25621, TIN 1040836015). We follow ISO 9001:2015 quality standards, a UN-aligned PSEA policy, and health and safety policies. In addition, our accounts are independently audited (FY2019–FY2025, available on request).
